Get to Know Me

Vocal Coach/Vocalist/Songwriter/Mindset Coach/Confidence Coach/Life Coach/Life Coach for Creatives Angelia Williams, MS became a well-known mezzo-soprano whose broad vocal range also include alto and tenor. From 1992 until 2002, Angelia held the position of Praise and Worship Lead and Section Leader at one of the largest churches in the Greater Milwaukee area, Balm and Gilead For All People International Ministries.  In concert with this experience, over the years she has also performed, toured, and recorded with well know gospel groups such as The Enspired Chorale, The Voices of Praise, Shekinah, and the Minneapolis Gospel Sound.  She has had the pleasure of performing in concert with some of the biggest names in gospel music such as Fred Hammond, The Men of Standard, Karen Clarke-Sheard, Detrick Haddon, and Kim Burrell just to name a few.

In the fall of 2002, Angelia decided that she didn’t just want to perform but teach,  and began her formal education at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee majoring in Music with a concentration in voice, of which she now holds a bachelors degree.  While servicing clients of all ages and skill levels, Angelia noticed a need to coach from a whole-person perspective.  The psychological needs of clients became just as important as the pedogeological aspect, therefore she obtained a masters in Psychology with emphasis in Life Coaching, and is currently working towards a Ph.D in Psychology with emphasis in Performance Psychology.

The Voice Studio of Angelia Williams was the recipient of the Nashville’s Best Award in the category of Vocal Coach for 2013 – 2022 consecutively and made her television debut on the hit Bravo TV Reality Show “Thicker Than Water” in its third season. Her background allows her a coaching perspective that is unique and all-encompassing, marrying the multidisciplinary knowledge of music and psychology together
